This is a simple way to Add HD Video and Analog Inputs to your existing Traqmate System
- HD Camera Kit
- TraqStudio HD Data and Video Comparison Software
- TraqData USB - 2x HD Camera Control + Charging, 4 Analog Inputs, 1 Digital and RPM
Why do I want HD?
Analyzing data is one thing, but having it combined seamlessly with crisp HD video allows you to see exactly where you were on track and what you need to do to improve. You can bring up laps and compare lines, shift points, and gain detailed knowledge about how you and the car are performing. Video makes the perfect training tool and it of course captures all of your best and worst moments for you to relive and share with friends and fellow racers.
We made it simple, just turn on your Traqmate and go racing! The camera takes care of itself.
TraqData USB allows
you to connect 4 analogs operating on 5, 10, or 20 volt ranges, 1
digital and a rpm tach signal input to your Traqmate. It will also provide
complete ON/OFF and RECORD/STOP control for your Mobius, Replay Mini and Prime-X. It will even charge 2x cameras at once.
Take it to the next level
Step up to HD with this simple kit, you'll be blown away with the quality of video and amazed at the low price. The kit provides you everything you need to turn your existing Traqmate into the ultimate HD data system.
How does it work?
The Traqmate system acquires GPS and starts recording data. Once data begins recording the connected cameras are turned on and start recording video. The video and data is then in sync throughout the session.
When the session is complete you stop the recording on the Traqmate and the cameras are stopped as well. The video and data are separate files in their respective storage devices, ie on the cameras micro-sd card and on the Traqmate.
To view the session you either connect the Traqmate (Basic/Classic) to the PC or remove the SD card on the TraqDash. You also remove the micro-sd card from the camera. From there you open your data file and select the video option to open the correct video file that is associated with the data file. The two files should be in sync and you can analyze your data and video side by side to compare laps and other drivers or sessions. Past or present.
You can also create videos from selected laps or even the Theoretical Best Lap which stitches your best data and video segments from the entire session.
