  • Traqmate will not power up.
  • Display touchscreen isn't working.
  • Traqmate loses GPS signal on the track.
  • Display LCD has lost some lines or isn't responding correctly.
  • Display shows X on Sensor Unit Icon.
  • Traqmate never finds GPS.
  • If your Traqmate cameras aren't working, please call 678-752-7535 FIRST to make sure it isn't a configuration issue.

Return both your Sensor Unit and TraqDash with all cables and the GPS Antenna.
If you are having a problem with data inputs or video products, send them as well.
Include a copy of your receipt with the Order Number.

What is the repair process?

When you select this item, you must enter a credit card, even if you believe your unit is under warranty. When you place your order, a reserve of $175 is placed on your credit card but no charges will be applied until the repair is complete. Most repairs cost under $75. If the cost is below $175, you will be charged the actual amount and the rest of the reserve will be lifted. In the unlikely event that your repair costs over $175, you will be contacted with the information and authorization to proceed.

Once we receive your Traqmate, we will begin to make an assessment and contact you about the service that it requires. We will keep you updated as the work progresses and you can login to see the status. Once the repair is complete the unit will then be shipped back to your address using the method that you chose at check out.


Please allow 20 Business Days after the unit is received for any repair, this does not include shipping time. If you need the unit expedited please make note of that in the comments field at check out.
