How do I return an item?

If your product(s) arrives damaged or not working please contact Traqmate, LLC prior to returning the product. All systems
are tested and loaded with the latest release of software before
shipment. Please use the contact form in this shopping cart or email.

Traqmate will replace or repair any item not functioning due to
faults in materials or workmanship.

Non-closeout products may be returned for refund within 14 days of
receipt if the product is new and unused and in the original packaging.
